Resiliency Training

The Fallston Group leadership team has been in the trenches and is uniquely qualified to strengthen leadership teams while reducing organizational exposure; high-level training is offered for each core vertical of business. The Fallston Group has been selected by the Resiliency Sciences Institute, International at UMBC Training Centers to be a distributor of training and certification programs for Resilient Leadership. Based on RSI’s research and training, the Fallston Group is able to offer three separate, 1-day courses within the “Resilient Leadership – Turning Managers into Resilient Leaders” certification program. Once all three courses are completed, participants are eligible for a Certificate in Resilient Leadership (CEU’s also apply).
