Crisis Leadership & Disaster Recovery Topic of Discussion
The Fallston Group facilitated a roundtable discussion among regional and national corporate leaders who wished to discuss the very important issue of crisis planning, communications, leadership and business continuity. The July 7th forum was held in Baltimore City and was facilitated by Rob Weinhold, Fallston Group Founder, on behalf of the Clark Leadership Group – www.clarkleadership.com. The forum participants, who represented a variety of public and private interests, discussed topics such as vulnerability assessments, training, crisis management, resiliency, strategic communications and leadership.
