Fallston Group Founder Rob Weinhold has accepted an invitation from the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) to deliver remarks on the very important topic of crisis management and communications. Entitled “Be Your Own Chief Reputation Officer,” Weinhold’s remarks will focus on:
- Anticipating the categories of crisis that might potentially befall an organization while developing a plan for each
- Recognizing the value of “telling your story” before someone else does
- Identifying both traditional and digital media strategies that will assist organizations during crisis
