Baltimore, Maryland – After contributing to course development and completing the certification process, Fallston Group Principal Rob Weinhold has been appointed to Core Faculty status of the Resiliency Sciences Institute, International at UMBC Training Centers – http://www.umbc.edu/trainctr/rsi/faculty.html. Resiliency Science Institutes (RSI) at UMBC Training Centers is a consortium of research, training, and consultation initiatives with the expressed mission of promoting human resilience. Weinhold earned his status by completing the program of Resilient Crisis Leadership; he is now certified to instruct the leadership series.
Robert W. Weinhold, Jr., MSM – Rob holds a Master’s degree (MSM) from The Johns Hopkins University and has over 23 years of private and public sector leadership service. During his public service career, Rob most notably served as the Baltimore Police Department’s Public Affairs Director, Chief of Staff for the United States Department of Justice and a senior executive within Maryland’s Governor’s Office. Rob served privately on Cal Ripken Jr.’s core executive team in Baltimore, Maryland for 7 years. Rob has provided business and leadership guidance to corporate executives, high-profile professional athletes, the U.S. Attorney General, White House domestic policy staff, U.S. Congresspersons, state governors and other high-ranking public service officials. Rob founded the Fallston Group, a Baltimore-based crisis & issue management firm, designed to help organizations prepare for, navigate through and recover from issues of adversity or crisis.
