Frank Barile is a highly-regarded military, law enforcement and private sector leader who began his career in the Airborne Infantry and Military Police Instructor functions for the U.S. Army. Frank is a 20-year decorated veteran of law enforcement and is nationally recognized in the areas of special operations, training and crisis management. During his career, Frank served in numerous capacities for the Baltimore County Police Department, to include the SWAT team within the Department’s Special Operations Division and the Police Academy as a certified tactical and firearms instructor. Frank has led the tactical support efforts during the protection of U.S. Presidents, Heads of State and dignitaries from all over the world. He is an expert tactical trainer and has planned for and managed numerous crisis situations; his training experience spans decades with some of the most prestigious institutions in the world. During his career, Frank was awarded one of the Department’s high awards – the Medal of Honor. Additionally, he was the recipient of Maryland’s Governor’s Citation, four Silver Stars, Citation of Valor and many other awards and commendations while serving the citizens of Maryland.

Private Sector Experience

Following his law enforcement career, Frank was recruited to the private sector where he served as an expert for entities that specialize in Homeland Security, crisis management, emergency response and strategic planning. Frank is recognized as an expert tactician and manager of operating functions; he has routinely evaluated risk, created policy, trained, instructed and handled crisis & recovery efforts for executives in both the public and private sectors. Frank has an undergraduate degree from Towson University where he also played NCAA Division I Lacrosse.
