15-Minute Leadership Quick Hit is a brief, conversational podcast that offers listeners insights and lessons learned from progressive executives. From industry specific advice to leading teams through issues of adversity or crisis, Fallston Group’s bi-monthly podcast provides real knowledge in bottom line fashion.
“Our goal is to speak with some of the world’s most influential leaders on both small and large stages,” says Weinhold. “In speaking with a variety of leaders who all have different styles and perspectives, we will provide a learning platform that is both consumable and easy to manage for listeners.”
Fallston Group’s inaugural episode features banking leader Mary Ann Scully, chairman, president and CEO of Howard Bank. According to Weinhold, Scully offers a unique perspective on what it takes to be an effective leader; highlighting “curiosity” as a key, forward-learning attribute.
