Andrea Lynn leads the strategic marketing and public relations vertical at Fallston Group. As the Marketing Communications Manager, Andrea brings a strong set of writing, marketing, branding and design skills acquired over the course of nearly a decade in marketing and communications. Prior to joining Fallston Group, Andrea was Assistant Director of Marketing and Development at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, where she was solely responsible for all company marketing, design and external communications, including social media, branding, digital content, brochures and signage. She also coordinated signature events for the nonprofit, including the annual gala which is the organization’s largest fundraiser. Previously, Andrea held positions with the Harford County Chamber of Commerce and the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Upon joining Fallston Group, Andrea applied her analytical thinking and communications expertise to partner with numerous public companies, financial institutions and academia in times of crisis. She conducts crisis assessments, develops crisis communications plans and participates in Fallston Group’s media training for clients.

Andrea holds an undergraduate degree in writing and rhetoric from Salisbury University. She serves on the board of the Baltimore Public Relations Council and is a member of the Young Professionals Networks of both the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and Harford County Chamber of Commerce. She also speaks and trains on a variety of topics, including branding, reputation management in the digital age, social media and messaging, and is a certified TrueColors facilitator.
