Chris Catterton is a 22-year, results-oriented human resources and organizational development professional with a proven track record of providing high-level consultation to executive business leaders. In addition to his role with Fallston Group, Chris directs the human resources function within a technology & testing company in the State of Maryland. In this role, he manages a staff which supports 1,100 employees.
Chris specializes in employee relations, policy interpretation & creation, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance measurement, conflict management, strategic human resources planning and leadership & management coaching. Chris has also performed similar functions at First Data Corporation, Deutsche Bank and MBNA America. Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Towson University is an active member with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA).
